This is a high profile law firm in a central downtown location. Duties will include: Preparation of evidence summaries, lists of documents and pleadings, arranging trial & discovery dates and preparing applications, along with general correspondence. The successful applicant must be prepared to facilitate all aspects of running a retail service outlet independently, including but not limited to: effective presentation of displays and inventory, lead and prospect management along with superior customer service. There will be shared responsibility for all working areas throughout the interior & exterior of the premises. Duties include facilitating storage site rentals & product supply sales, daily cash handling, payment processing, deposits and accounts management. Light general cleaning and maintenance are also required
A minimum of 1-2 years customer service, sales or relevant experience is required. Previous experience with a float, cash drawer, and end-of-shift account balancing and bank deposits along with use of Word, Outlook and Excel is preferred. Experience with other computer programs will be an asset, as will access to a vehicle. A criminal record check will also be required prior to hire.
